APWireless a Radius company and leading telecom investor is seeking a passionate driven and salesfocused Site Acquisition Specialist to join our new team in Greece.

The Site Acquisition Specialist will negotiate and offer cash payments to public and private cell tower landlords throughout the Greek Market.

What You Will Do

  • Prospecting customers for use as acquisition leads based on information from ad inquiries trade shows direct mail responses aged leads business directories internet websites and other sources
  • Cold calling outbound calls and lead followup calls to potential and existing customers by telephone mail and email
  • Build rapport with prospective landlords and acts as an advisor and subject matter expert negotiate qualify leads and acquire rents
  • Originates and acquires wireless infrastructure assets
  • Performs market research activities to enhance lead quality
  • Delivers on monthly/quarterly/annual goals as required
  • Work with functional departments (Marketing Data IT Finance Property Management Legal etc.)

What We Are Looking For

  • 4 years experience in an investment or salesrelated environment
  • Experience in real estate telecom or complex sales solutions
  • Prior work with a CRM system
  • C1 Greek proficiency.
  • B2 English proficiency.
  • Proven success and skills in Effective Communication Customer Service Problem Solving Objection Handling Negotiation Prospecting and closing.
