DISCOVER YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative Marketing Analyst to join our Business Development team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing youll work closely with Sales Portfolio Management and ESG teams to create highquality clientfocused marketing materials that support our institutional marketing campaigns.
Focus Areas: Infrastructure Private Equity Private Debt and Hedge Funds.
Global Presence: Paris Germany Japan USA UK and Italy.
Client Base: Sovereign Wealth Funds Pension Funds Insurance Companies Family Offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to design and develop engaging marketing materials that clearly communicate AXA IM Primes advanced product offerings to clients worldwide.
- Partner with global sales teams to ensure client marketing needs are met effectively.
- Work with the ESG team to create ESGfocused content for marketing and research materials ensuring alignment with global ESG regulations.
- Master AXA IM Primes automated marketing tool a leading industry platform to streamline content creation and distribution.
- Support portfolio managers in developing researchdriven content that educates clients on macroeconomic trends and product performance.

Education/Qualifications
Masters degree in Marketing / Finance / Economics
Experience/Skills
Ideally at least one year of work experience in the sectors above. Asset management is a plus.
Flawless English language skills (strong writing and storytelling capabilities a must).
French language and writing skills a must.
Experience working with marketing documents and content.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Strong can do mentality and solutions oriented.
Ability to think out of the box.
Ability to work independently in a small team where responsibilities and visibility (to clients and internally is high).
A quick learner curious and able to grasp the essence of complex concepts.
Capacity to prioritize and deliver under tight time constraints in a complex entrepreneurial environment.
Structured mindset and work approach with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal / communication skills and ability to form productive working relationships across teams.
