The Administrative Coordinator will assist the EA Lead in supporting administrative responsibilities for the U.S. Commercial Team. This person will be instrumental in offsite meeting planning submitting and maintaining purchase orders submitting expense reports for the Commercial VPs planning offsite dinners and supporting all administrative task work. As an Administrative Coordinator you will be a proactive member of the team with a keen attention to detail which will ensure the success of the Telix US organization.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of administrative operations maintaining a high level of professionalism and contributing to a productive work environment.
  • Provide expert management of expense reporting for U.S. Commercial Vice Presidents demonstrating strong attention to detail and financial acumen.
  • Oversee the purchase order and invoice management process ensuring accuracy efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Executive Administration Lead Americas contributing to the effective implementation of key operational initiatives.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
  • Confident communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office suite
  • Exposure to broad range of administrative and general office responsibilities such as bookkeeping customer service event planning and local vendor management
  • Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
