Job Description

Site: The McLean Hospital Corporation

This position would be a replacement for Kenneth Gilman who was Residential Supervisor (40 hour weekly). We would like to eliminate the residential supervisor role and replace it with a Community Resdeintal Counselor (40 hour weekly). This should be a favorable move in terms of lower wage and would be more beneficial to the program at this time.
