Career Pathways Navigator
Shift: Days Fulltime
Location: Will be primarily remote with some travel throughout Iowa.
The Career Pathways Navigator designs and delivers services processes and programs that create career pathways to establish new candidate pipelines. To establish and maintain partnerships that establish these pipelines this position collaborates with educational partners and market level teams to coordinate clinical rotations assign and track participant activity within the organization support recruitment strategies and evaluate program effectiveness. This is accomplished by using principles of adult learning theory human behavior utilizing evidencebased practices and clinical professional practice models as well as building solid and collaborative relationships with regional stakeholders and system counterparts. Education:
Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Exprerience:
Minimum of two years related experience in/with education clinical professional development work force development and/or human resources.
