About the Squad
Join the .Net Application Integration Services squad consisting of 1 Product Owner 1 Scrum Master and 10 Developers.
We manage several products onpremise in Private and Public Cloud mainly including:
- Bespoke C# .Net Libraries delivered as NuGet
- Security token services
- Cloud resources middleware (runtime hosting) Service Mesh
Our main stakeholders are Euroclear Software Developers System Administrators and Solution Architects. We focus on integration troubleshooting and optimization to ensure high availability scalability and reliability. We also collaborate with security teams to implement necessary security measures and ensure data protection.
About the role:
As a Developer in our squad you will:
- Analyze requirements and solutions design implement and integrate our products in both onpremises and cloud environments
- Join a dynamic and fastpaced scrum team with a primary focus on development
Responsibilities:
- Learn our products and adopt a TShaped skillset
- Contribute to the design and implementation of ourCloud Native technologies(Dapr Keda Istio Calico) by actively participating in working groups with stakeholders
- Contribute to our CN Reference Application design and implementation
- Promote industry standards and align Private and Public cloud design as much as possible
- Contribute to Design Patterns related to our technologies
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams
- Perform thorough testing monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance policies
- Maintain pragmatic documentation of integration for reference by development teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Integration Expertise:Comprehensive understanding of various integration patterns approaches and technologies
- Message Brokers:Experience with messageoriented middleware and message brokers (e.g. Kafka WebSphereMq)
- Web Development:Proficiency in web development technologies and frameworks
- API Security Integration:Experience in integrating API security measures
- Security and Compliance:Understanding of security best practices encryption tokenbased authentication and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR)
- System Architecture:Ability to design and document integration architectures
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex integration challenges
- Service Mesh Design:Experience in designing and implementing Service Mesh in private and/or public cloud
- .Net Application Development:Experience in .Net application development & testing onpremise and in Azure
- Scrum Framework and Agile Methodologies:Familiarity with Scrum and Agile practices
Mandatory Skills:
- Azure handson engineering experience in designing a Service Mesh or equivalent
- Istio
- Containerization and troubleshooting in AKS and OpenShift
- .Net C# development Visual Studio Azure DevOps
- Microsoft Security in Windows Server environment including Kerberos and Active Directory
- Understanding of PKI concepts and Certificates
- Experience with Azure services
- CICD concepts
Nice to have:
- Keda Calico Dapr
- Active follower of CNCF
- OAuth OpenID Connect and SAML
- .Net8 and/or Java integration on Linux
- Windows Server
- PowerShell .Net 4.8 .Net 8 with a focus on .Net architecture ADFS MVC IIS WCF WebAPI NuGet APIs
