Job Description

Northern Beaches Hospital is currently looking for an experienced Respiratory lab technician to start ASAP!

As a Respiratory Lab Technician your responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day activities within the Pulmonary Function Laboratory (PFT Lab) Checking lists of patients against doctors requests
  • Calibrating the equipment before use following up on any potential problems with the relevant stakeholders
  • Conducting pulmonary function tests and all other activities within the Laboratory in accordance with the policies & procedures
  • Cleaning and maintaining Laboratory equipment
  • Assisting with filing of reports
