Document Control Specialist

EBA Engineering Inc. (EBA) is looking for a detaildriven Document Control Specialist to support our Culpeper District contracts. Based in our Charlottesville Virginia office this hybrid position allows for parttime remote work while contributing to impactful infrastructure projects. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and organize project documents in digital and physical formats confirming version control and accessibility
• Confirm documents adhere to company and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with project managers engineers and contractors to distribute and track documents
• Track document revisions approvals and updates to prevent errors and confusion
• Conduct audits to verify document accuracy and compliance
• Assist in reviewing contracts specifications and compliance with project requirements
• Maintain project schedules track deadlines and generate reports on project status
• Support project manager with budgeting and invoicing tasks
• Attend progress meetings and distribute agenda and minutes

CORE REQUIREMENTS:

To excel in this role candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• 38 years of relevant experience
• A bachelors degree preferably in construction management or engineering
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Proficiency with Bluebeam is desired
• Experience working on Virginia Department of Transportation projects is desired
