Content Management Services Security SME/Lead

Position Description:

If you have a deep understanding of the Federal Security space FED RAMP and ISO requirements and the expertise to navigate the complexities of obtaining Federal Authority to Operate (ATO) we want to hear from you! This position is located in our Lafayette Louisiana office or Knoxville TN; however a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of security strategies and frameworks for the project.
Ensure compliance with FED RAMP requirements and other Federal Security standards.
Develop document and deliver comprehensive Security Plans to clients.
Lead and drive the project team in obtaining and maintaining the Authority to Operate (ATO) for Federal websites.
Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define security requirements and objectives.
Provide expert guidance on Federal ISO standards and best practices.
Stay current with emerging security trends threats and technologies.
Mentor and train team members on security protocols and procedures.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements US citizenship is required.


Bachelors degree in Information Security Computer Science or a related field.
Relevant security certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM CEH).
Demonstrates proficiency in communication skills (both written and oral)
Experience with cloud security and DevSecOps practices
Knowledge of cyberattack stages (e.g. reconnaissance scanning enumeration gaining access escalation of privileges persistence network exploitation command & control action on objectives etc.) and proficient in implementing technical controls (or leading implementation) to deter detect or disrupt each of these stages.
Extensive experience in the Federal Security space and FED RAMP requirements.
Proven experience in creating and delivering Security Plans.
Demonstrated ability to obtain a Federal websites Authority to Operate (ATO).
Strong understanding of Federal ISO standards and compliance.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Desired qualifications/nonessential skills required:
Experience working with Azure DevOps Boards
Familiar with risk management frameworks and tools
Advanced certifications in security or related technologies
Experience obtaining ATOs for Acquia/Drupal applications

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for meritbased performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70500.00 $173500.00.
