RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a comprehensivemenu selling process to help maximize the finance departments overallprofitability and product penetration
- Understand the importance of product selling and commit to a valuebased selling approach
- Review and inspect the flow of thedepartments paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turn around and funding on all deals
- Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achievingits goals
- Be an example of professional morals ethics and excellent customer service
- Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
- Set and maintain finance department work schedule
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior automotive finance manager experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Selfmotivation
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Ability to close deals and maximize profit using todays compliance standards
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass the Virginia Sales exam with the Motor Vehicle Dealer Board
