The impact youll have at Concora Credit:
Youll be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of datadriven BI strategies that support enterprise business goals improve operational efficiency drive growth and mitigate risks. Youll be managing a team of BI analysts and be responsible for developing KPIs dashboards and reports identifying trends and opportunities through data analysis and presenting findings to senior leadership.
This position is located at our Beaverton OR office and has a hybrid schedule. Were onsite Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities
As our Sr. Manager Business Intelligence you will:
- Develop and implement business intelligence strategies and solutions
- Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards KPIs reports and analytical tools
- As part of a small BI team as needed create and maintain dashboards and reports
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency across reporting platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and translate them into actionable insights
- Identify trends opportunities and risks through comprehensive data analysis
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and managers
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices
- In collaboration with IT teams oversee data architecture and integration with business systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging BI technologies

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Analytics or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles
- Proven experience managing and leading BI teams
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Experience with Financial services / Credit Card business is a plus
- Experience with Python is a plus
- Experience with databricks and Microsoft Azure is a plus
