Job Description
Position Overview
The Payroll Specialist II will ensure accurate reporting of payroll information for the companys warehouse employees in addition to the reporting of information to warehouse management. The position will be responsible for a variety of general payroll tasks in the payroll department.Job Description
Description- Maintain programs effectively and correctly including WFM Red Prairie Workday and Workbrain.
- Track payroll compliance issues.
- Ensureweekly warehouse payroll information is completed accurately and timely for transmission to the Corporate Payroll department.
- Follow approved procedures to correct any errors that may arise with employees pay to include hourly salary and incentive pay.
- Assess causes of payroll errors and recommend solutions.
- Travel Required:No
- Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
- Specialized Knowledge : Knowledge and understanding of common payroll practices; the ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data; excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively
- Special Skills : Computer skills required; Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
