Reporting to the the Senior Manager of the Materials and Fuels Complex TREAT facility you will engage with cranes and lifting equipment to set up the core for reactor operations. Your role involves operating equipment to facilitate reactor operations. You will adhere to Control Room requirements to manage the reactor for designated experiment tasks. Additionally you will undergo training and work towards obtaining potential qualifications.
This team works a 4x10 schedule and works onsite at the Materials and Fuels Complex next Idaho Falls Idaho. Start date and duration of internship vary based on project and student availability. You may be eligible for course credit for this internship if approved by your university.
