Division: Group Business Solutions (GBS)
Please note that this is a permanent position and we do not offer freelance/contract arrangement for the role.
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the GBS Cash and Banking Tribe whose mission is to provide IT solutions to support the credit treasury & cash services of the Euroclear Bank.
You will be part of the Cash area which offers an exciting opportunity to participate in the further modernization of our IT landscape. The Cash application landscape will be evolving significantly during the next 5 years with the ambition to migrate the core Cash payment processing onto a new package. In this role you will gather clarify and document the business requirements for the squad to be in an optimal position to deliver this multiyear program.
You will also get acquainted with the agile methodology that will provide you with opportunities to explore other technical/functional areas such as design testing or scrum master through Tshaping.
Your responsibilities
- Acting as the key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams.
- Understanding and assessing business operations identifying issues and opportunities and recommending appropriate business solutions.
- Ensuring proper translation of business requirements and processes into structured documentation
- Facilitating the implementation and deployment of system changes to internal and external stakeholders by providing them with support advice and guidance throughout the whole project life cycle
- Being the guardian of the project business scope
- Supporting other IT colleagues through the project development process including testing and deployment phases.
- Leading and coaching of other BA team members.
Qualifications
- Good understanding of the banking cash services
- Very good analytical skills
- Good listener and communicator at similar levels in the company
- Interested in creating a winwin situation with and being close to internal & external clients
- Openness to change (agile methodology)
- Proactive and good team player
