We provide fully outsourced pension administration services or cosourced services where we supply our software for a client to administer their scheme inhouse. Outsourcing GB is currently the largest provider of pension administration services to the top 200 private sector funds including several high street banks.
The Resource Manager is an exciting opportunity to oversee the resource of a fastpaced portfolio of projects within our overall delivery roadmap reporting into the Project Management Practice. This role will be the custodian of our resource management process.
They will be responsible for the resource management process reporting and providing insights which drive strategic planning and prioritisation with a strong focus on risk and issue management. They will also be responsible for utilisation tracking across the portfolio.
This role will require excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and will involve preparation for and contribution to portfolio governance forums.
This is a broad and stimulating role and essential that the successful candidate is flexible whilst maintaining a positive outlook.
