Our client is an independently owned 4star boutique hotel that has recently undergone an exciting refurbishment. With a busy wedding calendar and a brandnew charcoal grill on the way they are looking for a passionate Senior Sous Chef to help lead their talented kitchen team.

Responsibilities as a Senior Sous Chef
- Supporting the Head Chef in the daytoday running of the kitchen
- Overseeing service across multiple kitchen sections ensuring consistency and quality
- Managing highvolume wedding services for up to 180 guests
- Developing and mentoring junior chefs fostering a strong kitchen team
- Bringing creativity to menus working with fresh seasonal ingredients
- Taking responsibility for stock control ordering and maintaining kitchen standards
