Infosys is seeking aServiceNow Developer.This position will interface with key stakeholders andapplytechnical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary Alberta / Mississuga Ontarioor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 2 years of InformationTechnologyexperience.

- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow scripting experience
- Experience in HRSD and ITSM modules is must.
- PowerShell Coding Experience is must
- Experience with Flow Designer Server Side scripting and Client Side scripting.
- Handson experience of ServiceNow Integration with third party application.
- Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator(CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist(CIS)
- Development Experience in ServiceNow (3 years minimum)
- Implement the Human Resources application in order to set up HR data
- Configure applications to work with the organisations HR processes
- Strong experience with HR Service Management Knowledge Management Service Portal Chat Reporting Integrations and HR Hub
- Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas especially employee relations and change management
- Experience on Human Resources dashboards reports and other HR management modules to monitor and manage HR cases and employee satisfaction
- Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services for HR Modules; including Case Management HR Administration
- Knowledge Base and Employee Service Centre
Preferred Qualification:- Interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the ServiceNow Implementation Methodology including requirements elicitation architecture definition and design solution implementation and roll out.
- Evaluate multiple products for compliance across Enterprise Service Management and suggest best solution products architectures meeting the guiding principles of Greenfield Cloud based mobile first and zero customization.
- Define plan and develop solutions frameworks IPs etc. around ServiceNow and Service Management Domain.
- Evangelize the usage of reusable frameworks and artifacts; create knowledge /certification artifacts and evaluation criteria guide.
- Experience designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving ServiceNow.
- Experience of performance compliant design sustainable solution architecture
- Experience implementing and integrating enterprise software applications.
- Ability to understand ServiceNow lifecycle multitask time management skills
- Support and coordinate scheduling and execution of releases product upgrades new technology deployments.
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and selftraining
- Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools
- Experience in running operations with ITIL processes / ITIL certified.
- Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
- Excellent in Verbal written communication.
- Creative thinking in implementing Service improvements (automation incident reduction etc.).
- Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
- Experienced in running operations following ITIL processes.
- Experienced in writing RFPs solutions and presentations during client visits.
- Experience with leading a geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams
