About the role and where you will be working:

The Change Manager plays a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. The role ensure the Southern Cross Care WA change framework and tools are used and understood so that change initiatives support people through changes to business processes and technology.

This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with the option to work from home 1 or 2 days per week.

Well also be asking you to:

  • To lead the implementation and evolution of the Southern Cross Care WA change framework and tools
  • Complete change management assessments and develop appropriate change management strategies
  • Identify analyse and mitigate change risks
  • To act as the Change Lead on significant SCCWA projects and initiatives
  • Consult with relevant stakeholders preparing them for and supporting them through change.
  • Develop clear and timely training and communication plans that support change adoption
  • Work as part of project teams
  • Support leaders in the use of the change framework providing coaching and advise that support their change approach.
  • Provide regular change progress reporting and escalating critical issues for resolution.
  • Support the development of Enterprise Change capability through partnership with the People Learning & Culture team.

About you:

This person would have demonstrated leadership attributes and interpersonal skills that align with our values and can inspire others. Previous experience in a similar role strongly preferred.

To be considered for this role youll need:

Relevant tertiary qualification and or relevant practitioner qualification in Process Improvement or change management.
Experience in the analysis of improvement opportunities identification of potential areas of improvement and obtaining consensus of future state solutions.
Successful experience in leading major process improvement including the effective application of change.
