Job Description
Position Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of customer data while also contributing to a positive and efficient customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills a strong eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently enter customer and account information into internal systems and databases
- Maintain data integrity by verifying accuracy and consistency of input
- Support customer service team as needed to enhance the overall customer experience
- Follow up on missing or unclear information and resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data policies and procedures
- Proven experience in data entry account management or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
- Dependable and punctual we are looking for someone who will show up and take ownership of their role
