Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies is seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Sr. Specialist in Document Management to oversee and enhance our document management systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our documentation complies with industry standards and regulations while supporting various operational and strategic initiatives within the organization.

Job Description

Job Title:Sr. Specialist Document Management

Location: Thousand Oaks California

Company:Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the document management system including the creation review updating and archiving of all corporate documents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards including FDA ISO and other applicable guidelines.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement document control processes and systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on document management protocols and best practices.
  • Perform regular audits and assessments of document management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiencies leveraging technology and best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all documentrelated inquiries and provide expert advice to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure security of all documentation.
  • Support project teams in document compilation and submission for regulatory approvals.
  • Participate in internal and external audits providing necessary documentation and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Master of Science (.) with 4 years of applicable industry experience; or
  • Bachelor of Science (.) with 6 years of applicable industry experience; or
  • Associate degree with 8 years of applicable industry experience; or
  • High school diploma with 11 of applicable industry experience
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements associated with document management.
  • Proficiency with document management systems and software tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to change.

The US salary range for this position is $130000 to $160000. Pay within this range varies by work locationand may also depend on jobrelated knowledge skillsand experience.
