Job Description

Visit Experience Coordinator
Coe College seeks qualified candidates for the position of Visit Experience Coordinator. This position is a key member of the Admission team responsible for delivering highimpact personalized campus visit experiences that support the recruitment of future Kohawks. This role manages daily visit operations coordinates student staff and navigates realtime decision making to ensure an exceptional guest experience for all campus visitors including prospective students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the lead coordinator for daily campus visit operations including scheduling tour assignments hosting staff management and appointment logistics.
  • Engage guests as needed during their campus visit to assess in real time any additional value points that need to be introduced or reinforced and act independently to ensure a successful visit experience is enacted.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with high school juniors and their families to support early recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct prospective student interviews as needed.
  • Collaborate with academic departments and campus partners to ensure accurate uptodate visit information.
  • Oversee pre and postvisit communication and maintain high levels of customer service across all channels (inperson phone email).
  • Manage and maintain the visit events module in the admission CRM system including data entry analysis and reporting. From these data points suggest necessary modifications to the visit experience.
  • Hire train and supervise student assistants; coordinate with the Director of Visit Experience on broader student staffing and programming.
  • Support the Director of Visit Experience with Coes group visit programs.
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of Visit Experience AVP for Enrollment and SVP.
  • Support additional programming and events aligned with recruitment goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and work experience is also strongly considered.
  • Detailed knowledge of office software including Slate Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel etc.) and Google Office Applications (Gmail calendar etc.).
  • Valid drivers license reliable transportation and ability to be insured under the College auto insurance.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States as we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
  • Successful completion of a background check in accordance with Coe College policy.

  • Familiarity with the goals and needs of an admission office or another enrollment services unit is preferred.
