Assistant Preschool Teacher
Location: Rochester MI 48307
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic parttime Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the lead teacher in providing a safe nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Our preschool is opened September through the end of May from 9am3pm. We do not offer before or afterschool care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for early childhood education
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teacher with implementing lesson plans
- Supervise children during activities and playtime
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
