The Hilton Seattle Airport and Conference Center is looking to add a Front Desk Agent to their team! This is a perfect opportunity for someone that has a passion for customer service and wants to grow in the hospitality industry. Our 396 room Hotel is right off Route 99 next to SeattleTacoma International Airport 15 miles from Downtown Seattle and The Link Light Rail station is two blocks from our door. Schedule: Union position must have open availability for all shifts (due to seniority scheduling no weekly schedule restrictions can be accommodated) shifts include AM PM and Overnight
Hourly Range: $25.10 $25.10 plus upsell and honors enrollment incentives paid out monthly
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: 1 year of customer service experience required hotel front desk experience a plus! And a genuine spirit to provide excellent service to our guests.

$1$499 earns 5% commission
$500$999 earns 10% commission
$1000 or more earns 15% commission
What will I be doing
As a Guest Services Agent you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
