Were hiring our first People Product Lead to help us do exactly that.
Were building a small yet mighty People Product squad of two focused on taking ownership of the key moments across the employee lifecycle.
Some areas already have a foundation in place like performance and succession. Others havent been built yet or dont have clear ownership. This new role is about designing experiences that work well for people and for Monzo.
