Your mission
As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless order processing contract compliance and payment risk management. You will oversee complex customer demand forecasts streamline operational workflows and drive collaboration across multiple teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Your key tasks would be:

- Order Fulfillment: Masterfully operate system tools to ensure timely and accurate release of orders. Coordinate and resolve order delivery challenges ensuring seamless execution. Monitor payment progress and release invoices accordingly facilitating smooth payment collection.
- Contract Review: Conduct detailed contract assessments provide strategic operational feedback and enhance review guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Accounts Receivable & Risk Management: Manage invoices mitigate payment risks and collaborate with finance and risk teams to uphold financial integrity.
- CrossFunctional Synergy: Lead coordination efforts with clients sales finance and logistics teams ensuring seamless project delivery and fulfillment.
- Digital Transformation & Process Optimization: Spearhead system enhancements update user manuals facilitate system training and contribute to CRM development and automation strategies.
Your profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years in sales operations or a similar role with a strong track record of process optimization and crossfunctional collaboration. Experience or knowledge in international trade is highly valued
- Skills & Competencies:
- System Proficiency:Expertise in digital order management tools ensuring accuracy and speed in execution.
- ProblemSolving Mindset:Ability to identify bottlenecks in fulfillment and take proactive action.
- Financial Coordination:Strong understanding of invoicing payment tracking and risk mitigation.
- Clear Communication: Capable of engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Lead order fulfillment operations with a strong emphasis on system efficiency and financial accuracy.
- Work in a collaborative and highimpact environment with opportunities for career growth.
- Be a key player in digital optimization and automation within sales operations.
