The Role:
The role of Solutions Analyst (SA) is to initiate execute and support the development of new and revised business processes and requirements for the effective application of J.D. Power solutions and technology. Solutions Analyst will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and project team members to elicit analyze specify and validate the business and functional requirements. The SA will also be responsible for gaining and maintaining a thorough understanding of offerings and providing the best technical practices and knowledge to support the design and implementation of technical solutions.
Additionally Solutions Analyst will apply proven communication analytical problemsolving and facilitation skills to help support the implementation process and ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications.
The Impact You Will Have in This Role:
Solutions Analyst develop subject matter expertise level knowledge about our clients solutions and products. The knowledge and skills of the Solutions Analyst help to resolve business problems and implement solutions to assist our clients in offering the best experience for their customers.
