Voss Hyundai is looking for a FullTime Internet Salesperson

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet leads phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Qualify and engage customers through various online platforms including the dealership website social media and thirdparty automotive sites.
- Manage the online sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the customer.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences providing detailed product knowledge.
- Schedule and conduct virtual or inperson appointments test drives and followups.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute digital campaigns and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive trends technology and digital sales tools.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive sales internet sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication negotiation and customer service skills.
Proficiency in using digital tools CRM systems and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends is a plus.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Must pass background check and drug screen
Must be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license and clean driving record
