Description

TRIA is looking to hire a Clinic Operations Supervisorto join our orthopedic team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary:

This position will supervise the clinic and urgent care side we are looking to fill this position with either an ATC or RN.

Supervises the daily operations of a single designated department or two similar designated departments assuring goals and objectives are obtained through the planning implementing and directing of programs procedures systems and support personnel.

Work Schedule:

MonFri 8:00 am 4:30 pm weekend supervisor call rotation

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous clinic experience as an Athletic Trainer or RN and will work within the scope of that job
    • Athletic Trainer Degree in athletic training MN state licensure BOC
    • RN Degree in nursing MN state licensure
  • CPR and BLS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year related supervisory or 3 years related nonsupervisory experience
  • Advanced medical training obtained through the military a nursing program or another similar source.
  • Proven leadership skills in organizing planning and directing an operation and its staff.
  • Proven proficiency in the operation of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record Personal Computer Telephone Fax Machine Photocopier Printer Defibrillator Various Health Testing Devices (specific to the area of specialty) Thermometer Scale and Blood Pressure Equipment.
  • Bachelors degree
  • The ability to exercise good judgment and problemsolving skills.
  • Role model with strong leadership skills ability to prioritize multitask and to make quick decisions in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong patient advocacy skills and superior customer service skills. Ongoing mentorship to team members.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of agerelated growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and ensure safety of patients.
