DescriptionThe HR Site Specialist serves as the onsite face of HR at our Spartanburg location supporting both the business and the employee experienceparticularly for our nonwired workforce. This role bridges HR Shared Services site leadership and employees to ensure an engaging compliant and operationally sound environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership understands business priorities and balances employee advocacy with organizational needs. This individual is approachable and supportive while also recognizing when to uphold standards coach through change and reinforce expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Employee Experience & Engagement- Act as the primary HR pointofcontact onsite with a focus on building trusted relationships across all employee groupsespecially hourly and nonwired populations.
- Lead and coordinate employee experience initiatives such as appreciation events recognition programs and holiday celebrations with a lens on both morale and operational impact.
- Partner with site leadership and the Fun Committee to drive meaningful engagement aligned with business goals and site culture.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities reinforcing expectations and organizational values from day one.
BusinessAligned HR Support- Work closely with HR Shared Services and site leadership to ensure local execution of HR programs that support strategic business objectives.
- Understand site performance drivers and actively support leaders in fostering a highperformance safetyconscious culture.
- Navigate employee concerns professionallylistening with empathy while ensuring decisions align with company policies and operational goals.
- Reinforce accountability through clear communication of expectations policies and procedures.
Administrative & Operational Coordination- Support sitelevel HR processes including document management communication updates compliance tracking and data entry.
- Coordinate site logistics for employee communications trainings audits and allhands meetings.
- Assist in gathering employee feedback tracking attendance or engagement metrics and surfacing themes or risks to HR and leadership.
- Support internal communications tailored to nonwired audiences (e.g. bulletin boards TVs printed newsletters).
Qualifications:- 2 years of experience in HR operations or employeefacing roles (experience supporting manufacturing or nonwired teams strongly preferred).
- High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree in HR Business or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coach influence and hold boundaries respectfully.
- Businessminded with an ability to align peoplefocused initiatives to sitelevel goals and metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; adaptable to new tools and systems.
