We are delighted to continue collaborating with a stunning awardwinning gastro pub with rooms based just outside of Cirencester. They are looking for a creative and passionate Head Chef who will bring in fresh and exciting ideas while teaching and training the team.
The establishment has a focus on fresh local produce and offers a relaxed dining experience as well as a separate dining room for private events (up to 15 guests).
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Head Chef
- 40000 per annum plus 2000 to 3000 service charge
- Paid overtime
- Working 48 hours per week
- Leading with an awardwinning kitchen brigade
- Pushing for prestigious Rosettes
Responsibilities as the Head Chef
- Creating a variety of delicious dishes from the gastropubs everchanging seasonal menus
- Making the most of the kitchens access to fresh locally sourced ingredients
- Passing on your knowledge and expertise to the more junior chefs in the brigade
The restaurant is pushing to be awarded rosettes for its culinary excellence. Therefore they are looking for a highly ambitious Head Chef with an innovative and forwardthinking mindset to take their restaurant to new heights.
