Were on the lookout for aBESS C&I Business Development Manager a strategic gogetter ready to boost our commercial impact in France.
Your main tasks:
- Drive sales strategy with Distributors in France.
- Build relationships with Installers Developers and EPCs.
- Codevelop smart solutions with EMS specialists.
- Oversee projects from tender to commissioning.
- Spot trends tech and market opportunities.
- Align with global teams to scale our impact.
- Represent SUNGROW at key industry events and trade shows.
- Identify new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Your profile
- Strong commercial and technical background.
- Solid experience in sales and marketing.
- Confidence to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Leadership skills to unite and motivate teams.
- Good Englishlevel (minimum B2 level).
- Fluent/Native French (C1/C2).
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fastchanging environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly across France (more than 50% of the time) and occasionally within Europe and to China.
