Job Description

With strong wellestablished operations in Sydney and Melbourne we are expanding to Brisbane to meet growing demand and continue our mission of delivering excellence across Australia.
Post description
- Lead the setup and operational launch of the Brisbane warehouse.
- Oversee the endtoend order fulfillment process from order intake to delivery.
- Manage daily warehouse logistics including receiving inventory control and dispatch.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales Procurement Finance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement SOPs and best practices for warehouse operations.
- Recruit train and manage the initial operations team.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and cold chain management standards.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance driving continuous improvement.
- Prepare to scale the operation and assume full people management responsibilities within six months.
Profile required
- 5 years of experience in logistics warehouse or operations management (food distribution industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of cold chain logistics and perishable goods handling.
- Proven performance in Sales
- Proven experience in launching or scaling operational sites is a strong advantage.
- Handson pragmatic and solutionsdriven.
- Strong leadership organizational and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced evolving environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
