The Special Projects Coordinator provides executive administrative and project support to multiple Csuite executives as assigned for LivCor. Acts as primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters relating to this group of executives. The ideal candidate is a highly selfmotivated professional loves helping others capable of both managing their workload and asking for help prioritizing tasks in a fastpaced corporate environment as well as work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with the utmost discretion. This role requires hybrid office attendance.
What you will do:
Organizes executives days by managing calendars and scheduling appointments to create winwin situations for access to the executives.
Collaborate and work jointly with ELT support team and any CoS to provide best possible support to our executives.
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between executives and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility trust and support with senior management staff.
Researches prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the executives including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
Works closely and effectively with executives to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities following up appropriately.
Build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and manage a variety of special projects for executives some of which may have organizational impact.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles all matters expeditiously proactively and followsthrough on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures.
What you should have:
A true love and desire to help others.
Positive and can do attitude no matter the task.
Administrative experience including executive level support.
Some college preferred.
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders including staff senior management external parties.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problemsolving with strong decisionmaking capability.
Highly resourceful teamplayer with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Be adaptable to various competing demands enjoy challenges and problem solving.
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Forward looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
Friendly positive and professional demeanor with how can I help mentality.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications and other general office equipment is . Outlook experience preferred.

Base Compensation Range:
$110000.00 To $125000.00. This represents the presentlyanticipated low and high end of the Companys base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location and experience.Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
