As a Psychological Services Specialist you will be responsible for providing a variety of direct psychological services consultative services and treatment team services to courtadjudicated youth with increased behavioral and mental health diagnoses. You will also provide consultation to supervisory and counseling staff and serve as a key member of the clinical team. Other duties include preparing written clinical evaluations on each resident in your assigned area and administering the recommended specialized assessment protocol. You will be instrumental in coordinating mental health services and providing direct services to residents by participating in individual and group counseling and therapy attending court and mental health hearings and completing psychological assessments and reports. In addition you will have an opportunity to utilize your exceptional communication skills when providing training to direct care service staff as well as participating in meetings with probation officers and the multidisciplinary team.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Work hours are four shifts of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and one shift of 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday Friday with a 30minute lunch.
Travel and overtime: As needed
May change based on operational needs.
You must be willing to accept employment at South Mountain Secure Treatment Unit and commute to this location in Franklin County.
