Lead with empathy: Coach and support Contact Center Representatives delivering feedback thats honest helpful and rooted in care.
Be the calm in the storm: Confidently handle escalated member issues across multiple channels with clarity and compassion.
Put people first: Build lasting relationships by offering accurate information resolving concerns and matching members with OURCU products that support their goals.
Pitch in when it counts: Assist with training support special projects and step in for the Contact Center Supervisor as needed.
Keep things running smoothly: Complete reports refine processes and maintain open effective communication across departments.
Experience: 25 years in member service contact center or a similar customerfocused role.
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
People skills: A genuine ability to connect you lead with tact listen actively and care deeply about the people you serve and support.
Tech confidence: Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and standard business tools. Strong keyboarding and phone skills.
Interpersonal style: A polished communicator with a cando attitude collaborative mindset and a strong desire to grow with us.
