Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant AWS DevOps Engineer
As a DevOps Engineer in Digital Engineering unit you will be part of a fastpaced team designing developing integrating and supporting integration solutions for some of our Fortune 500 customers. You will leverage your formal education in the relevant field and your professional experience to apply professional concepts to work on targeted tasks. You will follow standard practices and procedures applicable in your area of work to complete your task/deliverable with high quality under limited supervision. Your established aptitude to achieve this while supporting other members of the team and improving your own knowledge and skills will define success for your role.

Responsibilities
Develop test and maintain Terraform scripts to automate AWS infrastructure provisioning and scaling.
Build configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI/CD AWS CodePipeline) to support continuous integration and delivery of applications.
Write and manage Ansible playbooks for configuration management and to automate deployment tasks across environments.
Use Python scripting to develop automation solutions for AWS services and enhance operational efficiency.
Support application teams by implementing and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines and optimizing release workflows for faster deployment cycles.
Manage configure and optimize AWS resources including EC2 RDS S3 VPC IAM and Lambda for daytoday development and production workloads.
Assist in migrating workloads from onpremises to AWS configuring new AWS resources and ensuring operational stability during and after migration.
Implement monitoring and alerting solutions (using AWS CloudWatch or similar) to ensure system health and rapid issue detection and response.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams helping troubleshoot issues in the pipeline infrastructure and production environments.
Document and maintain operational processes automation scripts and troubleshooting guides.

Minimum Qualifications
BE/B Tech/MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
Handson experience in DevOps or AWS cloud development with a focus on automation and CI/CD.
Proficient in Terraform for automating AWS infrastructure including managing state files modules and reusable templates.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitLab CI/CD AWS CodePipeline or similar with handson experience building and maintaining pipelines.
Proficiency in Python scripting for automation tasks tool integration and custom AWS operations.
Experience in configuration management using Ansible including writing playbooks for deployment and configuration tasks.
Handson experience with core AWS services such as EC2 RDS S3 VPC Lambda and IAM.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or AWS EKS) is a plus.
Solid understanding of networking and security basics in AWS including security groups VPC configurations and IAM policies.
Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills with a focus on practical solutions in cloud environments
