We are looking for a SEMH Specialists to join our dedicated team and work directly with pupils who have Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This classroombased role is your opportunity to make a real difference providing consistent emotional and behavioural support in a nurturing educational environment.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Offering tailored support to pupils with SEMH needs within a primary classroom setting.
- Implementing behaviour management strategies to promote positive choices and selfregulation.
- Building strong trusting relationships with pupils to support their emotional and social development.
- Working collaboratively with teachers parents and external professionals to ensure a consistent and supportive approach.
- Monitoring progress and adapting interventions to meet individual needs.

- A FirstClass Honours degree in a relevant subject
- A strong understanding of the challenges facing children with SEMH needs.
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
