You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe SSTM Deputy plays a critical support role to the SSTM in ensuring timely and quality delivery of all EHErelated program milestones. This includes the coordination of crossfunctional activities supervision of program phases and active contribution to convergence and issue resolution processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor all EHE activities to meet quality cost performance and timing targets.
Supervise budget forecasts cost development and timing plans.
Track and ensure the delivery of all core function outputs and program maturity milestones.
Drive feature convergence and oversee design assessments (A3C).
Manage technical changes ensuring full documentation.
Lead the issue management process across all program stages.
Monitor validation and industrialization phases including APQP and homologation progress.
Prepare KPIbased program reports and support escalation/arbitration when needed.
Required Skills:
Strong EE automotive background with knowledge of EHE architecture systems and components.
Expertise with tools like CODEP PLM (TeamCenter Enovia) ECR ODM JIRA Polarion and MS Project.
Proven skills in project management issue handling and team collaboration.
High level of autonomy accountability communication and problemsolving.
This role demands a structured proactive and targetoriented approach with strong organizational oversight and interdisciplinary coordination across engineering and quality functions.
