Job Description

What does it feel like to be a Service Desk Operator in NetcompanyIntrasoft 

As a Service Desk Operator you will:

  • Manage Incidents: Log categorize prioritize diagnose resolve escalate and close incidents while maintaining ownership and communication.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Windows environments common desktop software hardware automated software distribution telephony video conferencing and mobile devices (iPhone iPad Microsoft Surface Pro).
  • Manage Logging & Escalation Cases: Accurately log all incidents and requests categorize and prioritize them appropriately and escalate issues beyond their scope.
  • Communicate with Professionalism: Ensure timely updates maintain a professional attitude and provide clear communication to customers throughout the resolution process.
  • Support Coverage: May be required to provide afterhours and oncall support as needed. 
  • Provide Onsite & IMACD Support: Intervene at user locations and perform Install Move Add Change and Decommission (IMACD) tasks.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

  •  Experience with MS Office Suite and with Microsoft OS (Windows 7 and 10);
  •  English & French: B2 level at last;
  •  Knowledge of mobile devices and mobile phone services; ticketing and CMDB tools;
  •  Understanding of networking and networking protocols;
  •  Flexible and stress resilient with ability to work in a cooperative way;
  •  Experience in troubleshooting PCs/Laptops/Tablets VPN etc.;
  •  Customer and Service focus with attention to detail together with problem solving skills; 
  •  Spoken and written interpersonal communication and presentation skills;
