Project Manager- FMC and EPCM Services

As Project Manager EPCM & FMC Services you will be responsible for the delivery of projects programs maintenance services and contract management. This role includes establishing clear planning and project definition strategies directing project teams and managing resources to meet client expectations and profitability targets. The Project Manager will also monitor financial performance ensure compliance with company procedures and lead continuous improvement efforts within operations while fostering innovation.

As the focal point for client relationships the manager will build and maintain strong connections with clients designers contractors and stakeholders while representing AECOM to potential clients and partners. Furthermore the manager will contribute to business development efforts by generating new opportunities advising on trends and supporting the development of strategic initiatives for the Benelux region.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Leadership in Team Performance and Operational Excellence:
  • Provide strong leadership to enhance team performance (eg VI/ KPI).
  • Promote Health Safety Security and Environment (HSSE) strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with AECOM policies and Health and Safety Management Systems.
  • Streamline processes and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Support procurement activities and provide technical input.

• FMC Specific Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and technical oversight to FMC project activities.
  • Manage the Shell OPEX budget efficiently.
  • Oversee contract packages and ensure successful delivery of FMC KPIs.

• Collaboration and Compliance:
  • Manage EPCM and FMC calloff contracts and ensure compliance.
  • Drive the execution of the EPCM commercial strategy.
  • Support Shell Mobility into finding new ways of working (eg UAVGC)

Qualifications :

• Excellent proficiency in both Dutch and English spoken and written.
• Proven track record in leading largescale EPCM and FMC projects.
• Expertise in managing complex projects and risks.
• Demonstrable expertise in contract management and driving innovation.
• Proven leadership skills and financial acumen.
• Commitment to safety sustainability and legal obligations.
• 10 years in industry.
