This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication accurate service order management and a seamless customer support experience.
As an Account Specialist you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams managing account onboarding billing and lifecycle tracking with precision and professionalism. Youll ensure data accuracy in our CRM handle recurring and complex invoicing and follow up on outstanding payments. This role requires a sharp eye for detail calm under pressure and the ability to navigate both clientfacing interactions and internal team dynamics. Your success will depend on your ability to absorb complex processes quickly think systematically and deliver consistent highquality service in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard new client accounts and ensure complete setup in CRM.
Maintain accuracy in client records and account data.
Manage recurring and complex billing processes.
Track account lifecycle including client imports and service timelines.
Generate invoices and follow up on unpaid or outstanding invoices.
Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and support financial tracking.
Act as a responsive point of contact for client and account issues.
Collaborate across departments efficiently and professionally managing internal communications.
Maintain clear records of service orders and resolutions.

Prior experience working in small business settings or dynamic crossfunctional teams is a bonus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and clear style.
