We are looking for a creative and detailoriented Web Graphic Designer with strong UX/UI skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and user interface design capabilities as well as a deep understanding of user experience best practices.

With a fastgrowing client base they need to add a talented and skilled web graphic designer to keep up with new projects.
What Youll Do:
As a Web Graphic Designer you will be responsible for designing visually appealing usercentric web pages landing pages and digital assets. You must be a good team player and collaborate closely with the development team as well as with other team members involved in each project.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design modern responsive web pages landing pages and digital interfaces aligned with client branding and business goals.
- Create UI mockups wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs using tools such as Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.
- Develop visual assets including banners infographics email templates and social media graphics.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
- Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Ensure all designs are userfocused accessible and optimised for performance across devices.
- Maintain consistency in visual style and branding across all projects.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends tools and technologies.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role you must meet the following conditions:
- 2 years of professional experience in web graphic design with UX/UI responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Figma Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator XD) Sketch or other design tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles responsive design and usercentred methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic and UX/UI design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an agency or fastpaced digital environment.
- Familiarity with WordPress Webflow or other CMS platforms.
- Experience using design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
