Your Tasks
- Answer incoming calls from customers and travel agents
- Sell cruise packages and suggest addons (crosssell & upsell)
- Support with bookings and postbooking questions
- Give info about destinations ships documents prices and more
- Assist travel agents with managing bookings
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in German and a good level of English both written and spoken
- Experience in sales a must!
- Background in tourism or travel agencies big plus
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Good digital skills and attention to detail
- Problemsolving mindset and ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills written and spoken
