Our Proposal:
We are looking for a highly detailoriented Bookkeeper to join our clients team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the timely processing of accounts receivable and project entries.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely invoicing and collections
Enter and monitor projects in QuickBooks verifying key contract data
Review client agreements for accuracy in dates amounts and billing terms
Ensure accurate recordkeeping to prevent financial errors and improve client trust
Assist in monthly closings and financial reporting
Support reconciliation of accounts and audit preparation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across financial processes
Highly Desirable Nicetohave skills:
Prior experience in servicebased businesses or project accounting
Familiarity with US accounting standards or remote accounting practices
Intermediate English for team collaboration and documentation
Experience with reporting tools or dashboards is a plus.
