We are looking for a Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTPO) based in Vienna (or able to work from our Vienna office at least twice a week) responsible for leading the technology and product functions as an integrated pillar of the organization. This role demands a strategic leader with deep experience in driving product vision ensuring technology alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Tasks

• Defining and Driving Vision: Shape a bold outcomeoriented product and technology strategy aligned with NECTUREs business goals balancing visionary leadership with a builder mindset.
• Leading with a PeopleFirst Mindset: Empower and grow highperforming selforganizing teams through empathy coaching and autonomy acting as a mentor focused on talent development and team wellbeing.
• Championing Innovation and Excellence: Foster a culture of experimentation continuous learning adaptability and care while promoting usercentric datadriven product excellence and modern tech practices.
• Acting as a Strategic Bridge: Translate seamlessly between tech business and stakeholders (including Clevel investors Board) ensuring clarity transparency and strong crossfunctional alignment.
• Executing with Technical and Product Fluency: Make informed product and technical decisions guiding architecture AI and innovation initiatives and ensuring scalability security and compliance.
• Driving Financial and Operational Excellence: Manage tech and product budgets with a sharp focus on ROI while upholding high standards in risk management security compliance and operational efficiency.
• Communicating with Impact: Be a direct open and honest communicator confidently engaging in highstakes discussions and bringing departments together around a shared vision and plan.
