**Hi! At Factorial were on the lookout for a **Staff Product Manager to take our Product team to the next level .
**The Role
Were looking for a **Staff Product Manager to join Factorial and lead one of our most critical product areas. This senior role blends strategic thinking with handson and requires strong influence across crossfunctional teams. Youll define the longterm vision align stakeholders and deliver outcomes that drive growth. Youll work across product domains to bring insights to teams collaborate across the product organization and raise the overall quality of product thinking. Were looking for someone who thrives in complexity navigates ambiguity with confidence and owns problems endtoend.
**What Youll Be Doing
As a **Staff Product Manager at Factorial you will:
- **Own your product: Define the longterm vision roadmap and strategic initiatives ensuring alignment across teams and business goals.
- **Lead endtoend : Partner closely with Engineering Design and Data to deliver highquality outcomes at speed and scale.
- **Collaborate crossfunctionally: Work with Customer Success Sales Marketing and clients to deeply understand user needs and market context.
- **Drive measurable impact: Own key product metrics business outcomes and continuous product improvement.
- **Shape strategic direction: Identify opportunities make datainformed decisions and influence the broader domain strategy.
- **Connect across domains: Actively collaborate within the product organization to bring insights from other areas into your domain and elevate collective thinking.
**What Were Looking For
Youre likely a great fit if you:
- Have **proven experience in Product Management in the B2B SaaS space (preferably 8 years with at least 5 years of handson ownership of full product lifecycle management).
- Proven ability to lead **crossfunctional initiatives and align senior stakeholders in a fastpaced multistakeholder environment.
- Are **businessdriven and obsessed with creating impact. You align product strategy with business goals and user needs.
- **Ambitious driven and **energized by tough challengesyou dont stop at closed doors you find a way through.
- Are **datadriven setting hypotheses and success metrics for each product launch. You value measurable results and are comfortable with data analysis and experimentation.
- Have a **keen eye for design and user experience. You appreciate the importance of intuitive interfaces and crafting simple solutions to complex problems.
- Possess **strong communication skills: Youre confident in pitching influencing and advocating for your product vision internally and externally. Youre comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and customers.
- **Thrive in ambiguity: Youre proactive identify highvalue problems and develop actionable plans.
- Have **GTM (GotoMarket) experience: Our PMs are very GTMdriven ensuring product launches are wellcoordinated with Marketing and Sales.
- **Speak fluent English (additional languages such as Spanish French Italian or German are highly valued).
- Are comfortable with **scaling processes managing multiple stakeholders and proactively optimizing workflowseven beyond your immediate area of responsibility.
**Bonus Points if You:
- Have worked with **HR tech or similar domains.
- Have experience working in **hypergrowth environments where things move fast and change is constant.
- Have proven experience in a product **leadership position
- Have a solid technical understanding to bridge the gap between engineering and business
**Compensation
**The salary range for this position is between 75000 fix variables) and 85000 (fix variables). We wont consider how many years of experience you have but your knowledge and skills.**We care about people and we also offer employee benefits. You can check them in the end.
