As a Customer Support Specialist youll support customers in German by answering questions and helping them use our payment products.
Your Tasks
- Support customers via phone email chat and social media
- Help merchants with their products services and account questions
- Work closely with other teams like Sales and Marketing
- Suggest ways to make our customer service better and smoother
- Document cases and feedback clearly
What Were Looking For
- You speak German fluently and have a good level of English
- Youre confident using smartphones tablets and computers
- Youre friendly patient and love talking to people
- Youre curious like solving problems and dont give up easily
- You stay calm and organized even when it gets busy
- You care deeply about making customers happy
- Experience in a contact center or support team is a plus
