Digital Analytics Analyst / Senior Analyst

Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Analytics Analyst / Senior Analyst to join our team in Cincinnati Ohio. This is a longterm contract position where you will leverage advanced data analytics to support business strategies and drive performance improvements. By collaborating with crossfunctional teams you will help develop actionable insights and deliver strategic recommendations to enhance decisionmaking processes.

Responsibilities:

Perform complex data analysis to uncover trends identify opportunities and address business challenges.

Design develop and automate dashboards reports and key performance indicators to monitor business health.

Present analytical findings and detailed recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align data insights with business goals and performance drivers.

Proactively identify and escalate risks or issues that could impact customers or business objectives.

Utilize statistical modeling and data visualization tools to provide actionable insights.

Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methods to optimize business strategies.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analytics processes.

Leverage cloudbased technologies such as Snowflake to analyze and manage large datasets.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics Mathematics or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics data science or a quantitative discipline.

Proficiency in statistical modeling and analysis using Python.

Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau.

Firsthand experience with cloudbased platforms including Snowflake.

Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with financial services including credit marketing or digital marketing is preferred.

Strong understanding of A/B testing and experimental design methodologies.
