Job Description
Were hiring for a Field Representative II (MS Onsite Technical Support) role in Irving TX 6555 State Highway 161.
- Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
- Contract Length: 3 months (ContracttoHire)
- Shift: Onsite
- Location: Irving TX
- Parking: Free
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily dock operations including receipt logging and routing of packages
- Manage up to 1500 accountable deliveries daily (FedEx UPS couriers)
- Coordinate shipments with couriers and tenants
- Maintain accurate package records and ensure secure storage
- Communicate with building management and tenant reps
Requirements:
- Prior Dock or logistics coordination experience
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Skilled in using pallet jacks and tracking systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
