Location: Onsite in Philadelphia PA (Day 1
Job Type: Longterm Contract
Required Experience: Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) projects
Summary of Responsibilities:
Lead and manage interoperability projects to comply with CMS regulations.
Ensure all projects align with CMSs enterprisewide interoperability strategy.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including internal and external stakeholders.
Gather document and analyze project requirements for business and technical alignment.
Oversee implementation of interoperability solutions (e.g. FHIR APIs data standards).
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans (timelines budgets resources).
Identify assess and mitigate project risks to keep projects on track and within budget.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders providing regular updates.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure quality assurance of implemented solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in healthcare IT project management computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in project management especially in healthcare IT and interoperability.
Familiarity with CMS regulations FHIR APIs and healthcare data standards.
Strong communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
Project management certifications (PMP CSM etc. are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing healthcare IT projects.
Familiarity with MMIS Data Warehouse eligibility or large healthcare system projects.
